FutureWorkForce acquires intelligent automation provider AiSpace

Intelligent automation consultancy, FutureWorkForce, has acquired AiSpace, an intelligent automaton service provider, to extend its UK capabilities and tap into AiSpace’s expertise in conversational AI.

The deal brings together two highly complementary and accomplished businesses that are working with global enterprises, delivering fast and scalable Intelligent Automation solutions that drive efficiency improvements, increase productivity and fuel workforce innovation.

Mihai Balaj, Group Chief Operating Officer, FutureWorkForce, comments, “We are growing fast, and to service our global clients effectively, we are expanding our services to new geographies. As part of this expansion, we wanted to have a stronger presence in the UK. Our acquisition of AiSpace means our customers will now have greater access to expertise and resources on the ground in the UK, and we will have a more extensive base of UK customers from which to continue our growth.

“AiSpace has a similar culture to ours of putting their clients first, and they also have people with exceptional intelligent automation skills. These two things combined made the company a perfect fit for us,” says Balaj.

Dan Johnson, Founder and CEO, AiSpace, says, “This acquisition provides our customers with access to a larger talent pool in intelligent automation. It will help our clients drive business model innovation and provide a world-class outsourcing service for RPA. We’re excited to join the Future Workforce Team to achieve a bigger vision. We extend our thanks to our customers who continue to trust us to deliver the services and technologies that improve their business outcomes.”

Dan Johnson will become Director of Automation at FutureWorkForce. As part of the investment in the UK, Alastair Roriston will also be joining as Director of Sales, UK. Alastair has extensive experience in the intelligent automation industry, having previously held sales leadership roles at UiPath and Rainbird Technologies.

Commenting on his appointment, Alastair says, “I have joined a progressive company at an exciting time when organisations are accelerating their digital transformation programmes. As the private and public sectors increase their adoption of AI and automation, there is a high demand for the skills, services and technologies that FutureWorkForce specialises in. Our growing list of clients and great partnerships is testament to that. We have already delivered over 200 successful automation projects with an impressive client roster. And I’m looking forward to working with such a great team who consistently deliver the positive business outcomes our clients shoot for.”
