Teesside tech firm to create jobs after doubling office space with new premises
A Teesside-based utilities tech specialist has expanded into a new office to support its ongoing growth.
Everflow Tech, which designs and creates software for the utilities industry, has moved to a dedicated office space on Wynyard Business Park.
The new office has room for double the workforce of its previous base, which will continue to house business water retailer Everflow Water.
The company has already started to fill the space, with recruitment currently underway for six positions – four developers and two test engineers – taking the total team up to 24.
Everflow Tech chief technology officer, Paul Williams, commented: “In our previous office, we could seat 14 people – we now have space for 30 people. This extra room gives us the opportunity to grow the Everflow Tech team even further while also giving Everflow Water a floor to themselves.”
“Everflow Tech is going from strength to strength; we’ve had two new customers sign up in the last four weeks alone, which will increase our revenue by around 20 per cent.
“The roles we are recruiting for and the extra space we have will allow us to expand our ability to develop great software and support requirements for new customers.”
