New residential scheme launches in South Bermondsey regeneration hotspot
A new residential scheme has launched in a growing regeneration area of Southwark.
South London estate agent KALMARs has announced the launch of the Milli House development in South Bermondsey.
Situated at 171-177 Ilderton Road, the scheme features nine apartments by developer Lint Group, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Rizz Patel, co-founder and managing director at Lint Group, commented: “Our relationship with KALMARs stems right back from our purchase of the site and we are thrilled to be at the stage where we can welcome residents into the scheme.
“Milli House is the perfect development for those who are looking to be in and amongst the London action within easily commutable distance to London’s working centres.”
Marc Faure, head of new homes at KALMARs, added: “We are delighted to be working with Lint Group on the sales at Milli House.
“The apartments epitomise the regeneration of the local area with their bright, modern interiors as illustrated by the fantastic show apartments and we look forward to welcoming potential buyers.”
