Launching online: The Just Williams Sales Academy
With existing and aspiring sales professionals in mind, Tees Valley-based Just Williams Ltd, a sales and marketing outsourced provider, is taking their training academy online for users to learn at their own pace.
Sales can be a ‘dirty’ word, with many people avoiding the profession due to its negative associations to dodgy tactics and pushy sellers. Jessica Williams, managing director of Just Willams Ltd disputes that; and explains why their new academy is so important in the current market.
“It’s always been important to me that we work towards professionalising the sales industry. I’ve seen so many salespeople work unethically or without impact because of the lack of standardised training and the Just Williams Sales Academy is going to be key in resolving that. By taking the academy online we are helping ensure a flexible working environment, which has become even more important following the pandemic.”
“Sales is a really exciting field, and one that all businesses need to survive – so it makes sense that the sales teams are trained in the most effective ways to find, convert and retain new clients. The Just Williams Sales Academy is specifically designed for learners to select modules and courses most relevant to their field and skills and work on them at their own pace. We’ve designed them to be short, impactful and easily transferred into daily practice.”
The Just Williams Sales Academy will offer a wide range of professional sales training content including Lead Generation, Lead Management, Essentials Sales Tools, Account Management and so much more. The Academy will officially launch later this month at the Tees Expo at Wynyard Hall. For pre-launch information, register your interest here → https://justwilliamssales.academy/password
