Leading technology executives provide advice for UK businesses welcoming employees back to work

Now that summer is sadly behind us and after a long break away from the office, some businesses are encouraging a return to company HQ. While working remotely seemed foreign 18 months ago, many workers have now settled into their home routines and are hoping managers will continue to offer flexible working options. To ignite a return to the office, businesses will need to invest in the right technologies that not only keep workers safe, but also incentivise them to return and afford them the flexibility they’ve grown accustomed to. Below, senior technology executives provide insight into how businesses can best welcome their employees back to the office and share tips on navigating this next chapter of work.

At Asana we champion an office-centric approach, while other organisations may prefer to return to the office, shift to a hybrid working model or remain fully remote.
