Ten exciting new roles on offer at The Mortgage Hut
The Southampton-based specialist mortgage brokerage has welcomed four advisers to its award-winning team - with 10 new roles up for grabs
The UK property market has enjoyed an impressive period of growth, and, to keep up with increased demand, online and local mortgage brokerage The Mortgage Hut is delighted to welcome four new advisers to the team - with a further 10 new roles currently being recruited for.
Mike Armstrong has joined the office-based team, providing face-to-face and online advice from the Southampton office on College Place, while Paul Cresswell, Jake Harrington and Daniel Joinson will be working remotely, helping people across the country to find the perfect mortgage. Each employee brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from many years in industry. The new advisers are complemented by the addition of two new administrators to help strengthen the support team.
The Mortgage Hut provides specialist advice to customers across the UK, with a particular focus on securing mortgages for people in complex or challenging circumstances. Areas of expertise include mortgages for first time buyers, self-employed workers and those with adverse credit. Since it was founded in 2011 by Chris Schutrups in Southampton, the award-winning business has grown to employ a team of over 35 people nationwide, including 21 advisers who collectively deal with over 3,500 customer inquiries a month.
On the new starters, Managing Director Nicola Schutrups, said: “It’s been a very busy year for us with lots of exciting changes, including an office move, adopting a new digital business model and growth at a scale we’ve never seen before. It’s great to welcome these brilliant new members to our team, strengthening our network of knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about helping as many customers as possible to secure a mortgage and own their own home.”
