New Property Manager appointed by Regional Property Solutions

Carol Rouse has been apppointed as the new property manager to manage Regional Property Solutions property management portfolio of circa 100 buildings and estates .

Daniel Lee, managing director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “I am delighted to welcome Carol to our team. Property management is a key element of our business, but we continue to operate in a challenging time and Carol brings a valuable level of experience to see us through as we move on and continue to grow the management portfolio”.

Carol Rouse, said: “After 11 years at Bolesworth Estate I felt it was time for a change. RPS presented the opportunity of working with multiple clients with diverse investment portfolios encompassing office, retail, and industrial properties along with elements of residential. My challenge now is to identify and understand each landlord’s approach and expectations as well as establishing good working relationships with their tenants to ensure the smooth running of our clients investments”.
