OHC Architects continue expansion with plans to open new offices
Ambitious expansion plans will give the firm a national and European presence
A design led architectural firm is continuing its rapid growth with plans to open new operations in Europe as well as in the United Kingdom.
As well as plans to open new offices in Newcastle and London later this year, OHC Architects is also targeting European expansion with a presence in Valencia, Spain.
OHC Architects will provide design input into the various developments that OHC Property Group Limited are undertaking before opening their offices to other clients in the summer of this year.
James Brecknock, Director of OHC Property Group Limited, the sister company of OHC Architects said: “I’m delighted to launch OHC Architects and look forward to opening for new business later in the summer.
“OHC Architects will be a firm that can deliver all forms of architecture and we aim to establish ourselves as a key and integral member of developer and private client development teams with the intention of delivering architectural excellence and helping property developers fulfil their ambitions.”
After launching in late 2021, OHC Architect has established themselves as a developer friendly and design led architectural firm, focusing on projects in London, the North West and the Midlands.
