National law firm moves London branch to new "agile working" office
Michelmores LLP has today moved its London office to a new development at 100 Liverpool Street.
Boasting immediate access to Liverpool Street Station alongside shared lounges, cafes, rooftop restaurant, landscaped terraces, meeting rooms and event spaces, the new location enhances the firm’s national offering for its clients and its people.
Michelmores’ claims the strategic move to a new space reflects its commitment to creating the best possible work/life balance for its people. The firm’s agile working pilot is well underway, allowing its people to guide the approach that works best for the firm and its clients.
Holding multiple ESG credentials and designed with wellbeing in mind, 100 Liverpool Street sets the benchmark for London offices.
The building has earned an ‘Outstanding’ Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) score - a significant achievement which places the development in the top 1 per cent of sustainable office buildings in the UK.
Tim Richards, managing partner, commented: “Collaboration is so important for our business and investing in modern, technologically advanced office space provides a major boost for cross-team working across our national offices.
“Continued investment in our people and our workplaces will allow us to create a world-class experience for both our clients and people.
“We launched our agile working pilot as we want to give our people choice in where they work and not be prescriptive about the percentage of time to spent in any working environment.
Tim added: “The space we have created in our new London office has been designed specifically with this in mind and offers a more creative and innovative work environment that reflects the culture of our firm.
“In selecting 100 Liverpool Street for our London office location, we have made a very conscious decision to move to a premises with outstanding environmental and wellbeing credentials, in line with the firm’s business priorities.”
