SearchFlow's Head of Customer Service celebrates CX Stars victory for second consecutive year
Katriona O’Hare, Head of Customer Service at Kent-based firm SearchFlow - one of the UK’s largest providers of legal due diligence data for residential and commercial property transactions - has been confirmed as one of the UK’s leading Customer Experience (CX) Professionals in the CXM’s ‘CX Stars’ initiative; an annual list of the UK’s most dedicated CX professionals.
Hosted by Customer Experience Magazine, the CX Stars recognises individuals that strive to transform businesses and place the customer firmly at the centre of their organisations.
Katriona, who has led SearchFlow’s customer service operations for four years, is ranked 12th in the top 20 listing. She has been recognised for her continued focus on delivering a proactive service, her solution-based engagement approach, collaboration, and enthusiasm in addition to her leadership of multiple CX initiatives.
Katriona said, “What an honour and privilege to be ranked in the CX Stars top 20 for the second year running. Working with my amazing Customer Service Team, who are passionate about listening to our customers and making sure they are at the heart of everything we do, makes my role a pleasure and hugely rewarding.
“Well done to all those nominated. It is humbling to be recognised amongst many of my peers who I admire and respect. Thank you to everyone who supported me and to the organisers at CXM.”
Dr Thomas Quirke, managing director, SearchFlow, said, “Since 2020, the property industry has faced a great deal of pressure to handle significant peaks in activity, as buyers looked to capitalise on the various Stamp Duty deadlines. Our Customer Service team has worked incredibly hard to ensure orders and transactions continued to flow and enquiries were handled promptly. Our satisfaction score has remained steady at 97% throughout, which is testament to our team’s efforts.
“Many congratulations to Katriona for leading the team and in maintaining a truly ‘customer first’ focus in the most challenging of times our legal customers have faced.”
