SentinelOne recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing

SentinelOne, an autonomous cybersecurity platform company, today announced that it has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2022 by Great Place to Work®. SentinelOne is already a 2021 & 2022 Certified™ Great Place to Work, and this recent UK accolade in the small category further highlights the company’s stature as a leading employer in the cybersecurity industry.

To determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work by asking employees to comment on how their company supports factors like: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels. When surveyed on their feelings towards SentinelOne, responding employees reported that they believe in the company at a rate of over 90%.
