Two new Managing Partners as part of Brewster Partners restructure
A MAJOR restructure for Sheffield based recruitment specialist Brewster Partners has included two important internal promotions.
Brewster Partners has been established in the region for over a decade, providing recruitment and talent acquisition across the UK.
The company’s specialisms cover Accountancy and Finance, Office Support, Charity and Not-for-Profit, Manufacturing and Operations as well as Leadership and Management search.
The start of 2022 saw the company move to new premises at Cubo, the multi-use centre in Carver Street at the heart of Sheffield city centre.
And along with that move came promotions for Paula Barber and Pete Shillito, who have now both been made Managing Partner.
Paula, who joined Brewster Partners to launch the company’s Charity and Not-for-Profit division, has more than a decade of recruitment experience in Executive Search and Senior Finance.
She also had experience of working as a Senior Manager in the Not-for-Profit arena throughout South Yorkshire before moving into a specialist recruitment role.
Pete has worked for Brewster Partners for over seven years, most recently in Executive Search within Manufacturing and previously as Divisional Manager for Engineering.
An experienced senior recruiter, he has more than 10 years’ experience recruiting within the manufacturing arena.
Working under a new leadership team, Brewster Partners have fully embraced flexible working and are putting their focus on transparency and shared decision making.
“Our aim is to create a fun and enjoyable working environment, with a strong team spirit and the aim to be the employer of choice in the recruitment industry,” said Paula.
