London property agents sell Southwark headquarters for £4.35m
A London property agent has sold their own headquarters to a developer for £4.35m, following a relocation.
Henshall & Partners are moving from their current Southwark office, into a new ground floor suite, within a refurbished townhouse. The office forms part of the new Great Suffolk Yard development in SE1.
Founded in 2017, the agents will be moving to their new space at the start of April 2022, having been in their Risborough Street office for the past year. The building has been sold to developer Tailored Living Solutions (TLS), who recently secured planning for a new development to deliver 20,000 sq ft of high-grade office space.
Henshall & Partners’ new office at Great Suffolk Yard marks an exciting time for the business. It was essential for the agency to remain in their core Southwark market and the move will enable their expansion.
Chris Henshall, founder and managing director of Henshall & Partners commented: “After a highly successful 2021, Henshall & Partners are thrilled to enter the next stage of our growth with our move to Great Suffolk Yard.
“From our new office, we are looking forward to continuing our success through expanding the team and building on our deal pipeline for 2022 and beyond.”
Henshall & Partners offer services focused on land, development and investment properties across London and the South East.
The company retains a loyal client base due to their knowledge on emerging areas and evolving plans implemented by local government alongside forward-thinking marketing strategies.
