Skillcast Wins Platinum Service Award
AIM-listed Skillcast, the compliance training and e-learning Regtech, that has trained more than a million staff members, has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, for a third year running.
The company which recently listed on the junior stock market (AIM), in December 2021, secured the accolade having accrued more than 50 reviews each year from customers - and having scored 4.5/5 for the past three years.
To achieve Platinum Trusted Service status, Skillcast had to demonstrate consistent excellence by receiving at least 50 client reviews in each year rating customer service of at least 4.5 out of 5. As all reviews are verified as genuine, this accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
Vivek Dodd, COO at Skillcast, commented: “Last year was exceptional for us in all respects in terms of our growth, our launch to market and continued client service. I congratulate our dedicated customer service teams who ensure we continue to win recognition for their valuable work.”
