New Faces of Belmont Healthcare are the Future of Adult Social Care
Belmont Healthcare’s latest recruitment campaign offering career opportunities and a pathway into the healthcare sector has captured the ambitions of two new starters.
Amelie and Michelle are the latest new starters to embark on the company’s career pathway which has been especially designed to train and mentor candidates towards a qualified role within the company.
Starting as care assistants they will embark on the company’s enhanced training programme that will see them studying for the Care Certificate whilst shadowing experienced members of the company’s care team helping and observing and getting to know the people they will be supporting once they have qualified.
Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “We are very excited to welcome our latest new starters. This is a new beginning for them that will take them through our career pathway of training and mentoring. The sky is the limit; we hold no restrictions to ambition and actively foster that. Developing our own talent to progress in the sector is our hope. These are our managers of the future and we couldn’t be happier welcoming them into their new roles.”
Belmont Healthcare offers multiple forms of long or short, respite and day care, or at home care for those in need of support. Specialising in enhanced care and support of older people, care is also offered for those living with Dementia and other life changing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. Our homes are perfectly situated in delightful settings around the UK and provide a very homely atmosphere whilst being safe and secure making the people we care for feel right at home.
