Wellness app branches out to Manchester

Wecasa, the online mobile wellness, beauty and home care services booking platform celebrates one year in the UK and announces its further expansion across the nation.

Having first entered the UK market in London in April 2021, Wecasa continues to work progressively to add more cities and counties to its remit. This expansion follows Wecasa’s $17.7m, funding round raised in 2021.   

The company offers a whole host of services that fit into your schedule, at home, seven days a week, including haircuts, beauty, massages, waxes, facials, mani-pedis, reflexology and cleaning services.

In just a year the search for spas and beauty services has risen by 100 per cent according to Google Trends and it doesn’t appear to be slowing down. In the past year Wecasa has seen a steady and constant 2-figure growth month on month when it comes to bookings of remote mobile home services.

Since April 2021 Wecasa has expanded from Central London to all over Greater London including Twickenham, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames etc. whose populations are all taking advantage of at-home mobile services.

Wecasa’s next steps will see the platform move into Manchester where professionals are being recruited as we speak and things are moving incredibly quickly. In the coming months Wecasa is on track to expand to Birmingham, Liverpool, Canterbury, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Oxford, Cambridge and many more this year. 

In the past year the company has built its network from scratch and has over 600 skilled professionals on their books, which they are planning to increase by 1000 in the coming year to help with expansion plans.
