New Manager For Haslington Lodge Care Home
Belmont Healthcare is pleased to announce it has appointed Rachel Lucas as manager at Haslington Lodge Care Home.
The Dartford based care home appointed this familiar face, who first joined the company in 2008, as the logical choice. Rachel has been with the care home for 14 years, first joining as a Healthcare Assistant she quickly progressed within the company becoming Senior Healthcare Assistant.
Rachel’s commitment to developing her knowledge and skills further didn’t stop there. She successfully achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Health and Social Care, which led her to become Assistant Manager and now Manager.
Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “Rachel is a very well respected, loyal and dedicated member of our wonderful Haslington Lodge Care Team. She brings her considerable experience to the role and I am delighted to confirm she is now the home Manager. Please join us in welcoming Rachel to her new role - we wholeheartedly wish her every success and will be here to support her every step of the way.”
