New development in Leeds hits the property market

A wide choice of new homes has hit the Leeds property market with Redrow unveiling its latest collection. Redrow Yorkshire has now launched sales at Whitehall Grange, in the village of New Farnley.

The semi-rural development, located off Whitehall Road, will feature 96 private sale homes and 18 affordable homes, meeting the needs of a range of people, including first time buyers, downsizers and growing families.

House styles on offer include the three-bedroom detached Warwick, one of Redrow’s most popular styles with creative design making the most of the space. It boasts a kitchen/dining area that extends the entire width of the property at the rear, along with a handy cloakroom and separate lounge.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the main with en-suite, and a luxurious family bathroom. For those in the market for a four-bedroom property, The Marlow provides plenty of shared spaces to enjoy family time together, as well as room to relax alone.
