Global recruitment specialist expands into larger Leeds office space following “stunning” refurbishment

Design Tonic completed a “stunning” renovation for the global recruitment specialist, Charlton Morris after it doubled its office space by taking residence of the whole of the fourth floor of 34 Boar Lane, in Leeds.

This is the second project the designer has carried out for the growing firm as it previously worked together on the refurbishment of the third floor when Charlton Morris initially relocated from Park Row two years ago.

Design Tonic’s clients include Leeds United and Yorkshire County Cricket Club and they are responsible for some of the most fashionable offices, shops, bars and restaurants in Yorkshire.

The refurbishment, which took six weeks, includes a stunning 360-degree bar, the centrepiece of the office offering beer and prosecco on tap and which doubles as a kitchen.

The space also includes co-lab areas, private phone booths, hot desks plus a zen room along with details such as wooden cladding, lush velvet upholstery, elegant voiles, feature lighting and biophilic elements to balance out an overall industrial vibe.
