Newcastle based software firm doubles team size following "fantastic" revenue growth

Customer feedback software firm CustomerSure has announced it has grown its annual revenue by 25 per cent year on year, following a raft of significant client wins.

The customer feedback tool enables organisations to design and implement customer feedback processes, including Net Promoter Score, that transforms business performance. CustomerSure was established in 2010 by Guy Letts, previously a member of the senior team at software giant The Sage Group plc.

The team attributes its growth to “unique expertise” in using customer feedback to drive “significant improvements” in revenue and profit for its clients, and following a succession of national and international client wins with organisations including KK Wind, Magrabi, Barchester Healthcare, electronics conglomerate Philips and the Digital Marketing Institute.

The platform has also evolved with a range of additional features to help organisations significantly increase customer acquisition and retention by improving customer experience.

Speaking of the firm’s growth, CEO Guy Letts stated: “I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved over the past two years during what was a challenging time for all businesses.

“It’s always very satisfying to help our clients succeed by making their customers happier, but as a North East software company it’s especially rewarding to compete against large, famous US competitors and win by delivering superior quality, value and service.”

“This growth has enabled us to double the size of our team and invest more into digital marketing to help get the CustomerSure brand seen further and wider. We have big targets ahead for this year and, after an encouraging start, I’m confident that we’ll hit them”, he continued.

CustomerSure has now increased its spending on digital marketing support with South Tyneside based Cameo Digital and moved into a bigger office space at its HQ in Benwell, Newcastle, to facilitate further growth.

Darren Wake, marketing and business development lead added: “We’re fortunate to have a team who are fanatical about the power of customer feedback and over the past 18-24 months, we’ve really focused on getting that expertise out into our target sectors via content, whitepapers and webinars.

“It’s fantastic to see this concerted effort really pay off for us and I’m excited to continue this growth for 2022 and beyond, hopefully cementing us as a real software success story in the region.”
