Growing UK legal firm recognised by Legal 500

Regional law firm, Holmes & Hills, continues to be recognised as one of the leading providers of specialist legal advice to businesses and individuals across the East Anglia region by an independent body the Legal 500.

Holmes & Hills has a highly respected planning department, providing its legal expertise across the country, advising all manner of stakeholders, including public authorities, commercial enterprise and individuals.

This department has once again been recognised in the top tier. In addition to recognition for planning solicitors Steven Hopkins, Michael Harman and Joanna Lilliott, solicitor Sarah Hare has been recognised as a Rising Star an accolade usually reserved for Associate lawyers.

An area of specialist work highlighted by Legal 500 is Blight and Compulsory Purchase Order claims where work has been commenced on high profile projects, such as the Heathrow airport expansion.

The Commercial Property department retains its recommendation, with Partner, Rebecca Mason also retaining the title of Leading Individual. In addition, commercial property solicitor Phillipa Jerram is noted as a key lawyer, cited by Legal 500 as an ‘efficient, knowledgeable and commercial lawyer’.

Both Holmes & Hills Construction Law and Corporate & Commercial departments have been recognised as ‘Firms To Watch.’
