Human capital group expands globally with seven-figure funding from HSBC UK

London headquartered, human capital focused group, Evolvient Capital, is set to expand its international portfolio of businesses following a seven-figure funding package from HSBC UK.

Evolvient Capital’s portfolio of businesses include the global recruitment group Hydrogen, as well as the UK based change consultants Project Partners, and the US talent creation business, Strategio.

All three businesses are set to benefit from capital injections as a result of the funding. Additionally, the funding will be used to facilitate new investments in other, predominantly start up and early stage, businesses.

John Hunter, managing partner at Evolvient Capital, commented: “The help from HSBC UK has been invaluable in providing the development capital to enable us to accelerate our growth plans.

“This will create exciting opportunities for the continued development of our people, as well as enabling us to provide more great outcomes for our customers, and deliver shareholder value.

“Working with HSBC UK meant we could leverage the bank’s global footprint and access cost-effective funding that was straightforward to acquire and provided by people we trust.”

Evolvient Capital focuses on human capital orientated business that work principally in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and professional services sectors.
