Recruitment solutions provider opens new Leeds Office
Recruitment and staffing solutions company Nicholas Associates has announced plans to open a new office in Leeds following the appointment of Michael Alderson as business manager.
The new office will be on Park Row in the city’s business district and will specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for the built environment.
Michael has 27 years permanent and temporary recruitment solutions experience in the built environment and in this time has held senior positions. This knowledge and expertise will be critical to grow and develop the Leeds office and expand services across Yorkshire.
Whilst Michael’s focus will be developing the private house building and housing partnerships business, the office will also focus on meeting the needs of other core sector clients that work in the civil engineering and commercial building sectors.
Matt Wainwright, Head of Construction Recruitment for Nicholas Associates said, “Our key strategy is to increase market share in three core sectors; civil engineering, commercial building and house building. Expansion into Leeds is a key aspect of this plan and we are delighted that Michael Alderson has joined us to spearhead this growth.”
The company is part of the wider Nicholas Associates Group, whose head office is based in Rotherham.
