First look: “Stylish and luxurious” flexible workspace to launch in Camden this month
Grafter, the luxury, serviced workspace provider, has announced the unveiling of its first premium location in London at Bedford House, 23 Bedford Square in November.
Situated in the heart of Bloomsbury in Camden, this flexible workspace will become a dedicated place to work, rest and connect, catering for “every aspect of the modern way of working”.
Grafter, Ireland’s first work-lifestyle brand that was established in 2021, already operates a collection of design-led buildings in Dublin, including Leeson House at 41 Leeson Street Lower and Ely House at 10 Ely Place, and is now set to expand into the UK with Bedford House.
At 5,400 sq ft, the “stylish and luxurious” Bedford House is spread across five storeys, with a selection of private offices, customised workspaces, and meeting rooms, all fully serviced with “state-of-the-art” technology, including Bluetooth-controlled Hi-Lo desks.
With the aim of allowing for life and work to “coexist in harmony” at the forefront, members of Bedford House can also expect a fully serviced building once joining, where meetings and get togethers are held in “luxurious” surroundings complemented by “excellent service”.
Open 24/7, the contemporary flexible space includes a fully stocked kitchen and on-site building support teams to help ensure the “success, wellness and health” of businesses, as well as communal spaces that will help individuals network and socialise.
Members can receive meeting room breakfast and private catering at lunch in their work spaces, accompanied by selected organic wines from Château La Coste, Grafter’s partner winery, a family-owned vineyard in Provence, as well as chilled Italian bottled beer and mineral waters.
Within a five-minute walk to Soho, 10 minutes to Mayfair, and with several tube stations just a stone’s throw away, members will also enjoy the “surrounding vibrancy of its enviable city-centre location”.
Emma Kennedy, CEO of Grafter, commented: “We are very excited to announce our expansion into the UK. Our members frequently travel back and forth between Ireland and the UK, so we felt it was important to have a base in Central London”.
