Award winning digital consultancy expands to Birmingham
Hippo Digital, the award-winning full-service digital consultancy, announces that it is expanding its existing midlands presence by opening a Birmingham office. This expansion will provide new digital jobs locally as well as investment in local community initiatives as part of Hippo’s Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
Tapping into the wealth of talent available in the Midlands will enable Hippo to continue to deliver evidence-based, human-centred, large-scale end-to-end digital transformations in the private and public sectors.
The office will provide a work base for Hippo’s growing team of service designers, user researchers, content designers, UXers, delivery managers, business analysts, product managers, software engineers and data engineers.
With continued expansion across all offices, Hippo is looking to grow to over 400 people in the next financial year.
Mike Tattersall, Hippo Service and delivery director, comments: “We’re delighted that Birmingham will become the next home for members of our ‘Hippo Herd’. Partnering and working closely with our customers to help them thrive as modern digital organisations is incredibly important to us, so being able to offer a regional presence to our customers is key whilst also tapping into the rich talent that Birmingham has to offer.
“Since our inception in 2016, we have established ourselves as a leading supplier of digital consultancy services with a real focus on delivering meaningful transformation projects that are human-centred and evidence-based.
“Birmingham is renowned for being a major hub of IT talent with a thriving Technology community. We look forward to welcoming professionals from the region to our existing team of over 300 Hippos.”
