Developer reveals first look at “beautifully designed” East London development

Way of Life has today released a first look at Riverstone Heights, offering 204 “beautifully designed” residences with well-equipped amenities, co-working spaces, and a roof terrace.

Welcoming its first residents late Spring, Riverstone Heights opens off the back of Way of Life’s successful launch of The Gessner in Tottenham Hale that was unveiled in Autumn 2021.

Continuing the company’s ethos, Riverstone Heights will offer “first-rate design, service and amenity”, an approach inspired by the shifts within the lifestyle hospitality sector, to create a full-service and contemporary rental offering.

With interiors designed by ADC Atelier by Aaron Clarke, known internationally for his “visionary” projects within hospitality working with names such as Soho House, the design of Riverstone Heights takes inspirations from the nearby Lea Valley and the legacy of the craftworks that once worked in Bromley by Bow.

Featuring an “impressive” selection of one and two bedroom apartments in Bromley By Bow, Riverstone Heights offers a host of strong transport connections, residents can reach Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf in just 15 minutes, and London’s West End in just over 30 minutes.

Built with the “modern resident” in mind, the building will include a co-working offering with multi-function spaces, private booths for calls, bookable meeting spaces, open plan seating and “super-fast” wifi.

Focused on the best in work and play, amenities have been tailored to every element of residents’ life including a large rooftop garden on the 27th floor with BBQ, private dining rooms, residents kitchen for hosting, smart lockers for parcels and bike storage, and an on-site team.

Gavin Chetty, brand director of Way of Life, commented: “Marrying the comfort of home with the best in modern hospitality, we are expanding our approach and bringing something different to the market, developing dynamic new communities in some of the city’s most exciting boroughs.

“When we launched the Gessner, we believed our blueprint was the future of renting and Riverstone Heights continues that vision.”

Sowgol Zarinchang, managing director of Way of Life, added: “Using innovative in-house technology, Way of Life’s unique offering creates a streamlined service for new residents, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and paving the way as a leader in the UK BTR sector.”
