West Midlands family recruitment agency launches to help supply workers across the region

Having moved to the UK in 2007, West Midlands based entrepreneur Madhur Bedi has always found real reward in helping support those around him in any way he can. From owning his own textiles business that supplied bespoke clothing to the local Indian community to working in the recruitment industry, Madhur’s priority is to use his expertise and experience to benefit those in need.

Now, having set his sights on positively changing the healthcare recruitment sector, he has launched his own trusted healthcare recruitment agency, Tezlom, to place qualified health professionals throughout Birmingham.

Motivated by wanting to provide a recognised, respected and valued service, Madhur sees Tezlom as the opportunity carers specialising in all sectors have been waiting for to rediscover a spark in their careers. And with 300,000 appointments and operations projected to be cancelled1 due to the four-day junior doctors strike, the demand for high quality regional recruitment agencies is growing.

Madhur believes Tezlom’s presence in the county is a vital step towards making recruitment services more widely accessible that carers can turn to instead of turning their backs on the industry altogether.

“I’m so proud to be bringing Tezlom to Birmingham and the local communities,” explained Madhur. “Tezlom is the start of a new chapter for carer recruitment that will instil universal confidence and trust in the quality of local care provision. This is also an ideal opportunity to open more doors for carers in specialist areas that have previously been unaddressed in the community.

“My mission is to fill staffing gaps that have become so prevalent and provide exciting career openings for deserving carers and healthcare workers.”

Madhur is delighted to have been given the opportunity to set new standards in the healthcare recruitment industry. More than just a recruitment agency, Tezlom Birmingham has joined the local Leprosy Mission and has become a platform for fundamentally caring people to support common causes.

This sets a precedent for other recruitment agencies to follow suit and address wider needs within society. With this vision, Madhur hopes to tap into previously untouched areas by specialising in sectors, including child care, autism care and in-home care recruitment.

“Those looking for exciting opportunities in their careers deserve to be supported as much as they can by devoted and empathetic recruitment agencies. With this approach, I hope Tezlom will become a pillar of the community that contributes to making the healthcare sector highly regarded with exceptional staff.

“With the team already growing and plenty of people in the pipeline, we have everything we need to make our operation a success, not only for us, but for the community and for those in need,” added Madhur.
