Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks announces flights to Vienna from Manchester

Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have announced the launch of flights and city breaks to Vienna from Manchester Airport for the full Winter 23/24 season, increasing the number of city break destinations on sale this winter from the airport to nine.

Previously only available as a Christmas Market destination, the leading leisure airline and UK’s largest operator of European City Breaks have expanded their city breaks programme from Manchester Airport by introducing new services to Vienna.

Up to two weekly services (Monday and Friday) are available from 29th September 2023 to 20th May 2024. This means that Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks will operate to the city break favourite from Manchester Airport throughout the full Winter 23/24 season, offering customers and independent travel agents in the North West plenty of choice and flexibility when it comes to visiting the Austrian capital this winter.

With magnificent baroque buildings, elegant gardens and stunning 19th and 20th-century art, Vienna makes for a charming and cultural city break. As the capital of Austria, Vienna is packed with an abundance of history and culture. Whether it is discovering the grand architecture or art, visiting elegant cafés, or a concert hall, this city offers plenty of fascinating things to see and do.

As a result of the expansion, a choice of nine leisure city break destinations are now on sale with Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks for Winter 23/24 from Manchester Airport - Athens, Barcelona, Budapest, Cologne (Christmas Market destination only), Krakow, Prague, Rome, Venice, and Vienna. The unrivalled programme is truly jam-packed with choice when it comes to booking or visiting world-famous capitals, cultural centres, and historical gems.

Customers booking a city break can choose from a flight-only option with Jet2.com or an ATOL protected package holiday with Jet2CityBreaks available for a low £60 per person deposit. Package options with Jet2CityBreaks include flights with Jet2.com, including 22kg free hold luggage and 10kg of free cabin baggage, as well as a choice of 2-5-star hotels in central locations, providing the perfect base from which to explore and experience the best city break destinations in Europe.
