“Landmark” luxury riverside development set to launch in Fulham tomorrow

Tomorrow, London based mixed-use developer Rockwell will launch Hurlingham Waterfront, a “stunning” 3.2 acre luxury riverside development in SW6. The scheme is set to transform the local area into a “destination in its own right”.

One of the last remaining regeneration opportunities on this stretch of the River Thames, Hurlingham Waterfront will offer 269 apartments, set within 4-11 storey buildings, each with expansive gardens and panoramic views of the River Thames.

Located in one of the “most exclusive” areas of west London, Hurlingham Waterfront combines the “tranquillity of waterside living with the excitement of the city”. The landmark waterfront site is adjacent to Wandsworth Bridge on the north bank of the River Thames, with Parson’s Green and Chelsea as close neighbours.

Delivered with the river and nature in mind, the collection of studios, 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses offer a “fresh perspective” on the London skyline and uninterrupted Thames views.

Hurlingham Waterfront celebrates the natural world, from its rewilded roofscapes to its roots in one of London’s greenest boroughs. An “oasis at the heart of the city”, its verdant design includes 39,000 square feet of sustainably planted resident-only gardens, offering quiet open spaces to relax in.

The Herland Gardens building will feature an expansive entrance lobby linked to premium private amenities for residents spread over multiple levels, including areas to work, exercise, and unwind.

The residents’ lounge and the podium garden will provide a space to relax and socialise, while a co-working hub, complete with Zoom rooms, meeting rooms, and networking spaces, will accommodate residents working from home. On the second floor residents will find a fitness centre featuring a fully equipped gym alongside a wellness room and private studios.

The landmark development seeks to cater to young families, situated within the borough Hammersmith & Fulham, Hurlingham Waterfront is within minutes of many of the UK’s highest-achieving schools and has one of the highest percentages of schools ranked as “outstanding” in the country.

Donal Mulryan, founder of Rockwell, commented: “We are proud to have the opportunity to deliver a landmark development in such a sought after part of London, and look forward to providing a best-in-class, mixed-use residential development which will cement this area as one of the most desirable places to live in London.”
