Jay Thinsa appointed Managing Director for Kingdom Medical
Kingdom Medical, a company within Kingdom Services Group, has promoted Jay Thinsa to the role of Managing Director.
Jay was previously Performance and Quality Manager at Kingdom Medical.
Kingdom Medical was formed in 2021 and is a leading provider of staffing solutions to the sector including NHS Trusts and other health and care providers. It provides its healthcare clients with staff including doctors, ITU/ICU nurses, care staff, healthcare assistants (HCAs) along with non-clinical staff and other allied health professionals.
In his new role as MD, Jay is responsible for overseeing finance, growth, service, people leadership, compliance, and strategy.
Jay, who is based at Kingdom Medical’s head office in Birmingham, says: “Hard work and dedication are the fundamentals that have helped build Kingdom Medical to where it is now, and I am taking on this role at an important time.
“There are huge workforce challenges in the health sector and Kingdom Medical has an important and growing role to play in helping relieve some of those pressures, providing safe and quality assured staffing solutions to our healthcare clients.”
Group Director at Kingdom, Mark Wallace, says: “Jay has a wealth of experience, is enthusiastic and dedicated, and cares about providing clients with the best possible service.
“We look forward to watching his growth and development within Kingdom Medical as he develops wider relationships within the Kingdom Group.”
Kingdom has been operating for 30+ years and its National Support and Command Centre is based in Merseyside.
