Housebuilder announces 64 new homes in Warminster
A local housebuilder has announced a further 64 homes will be built as part of a popular Warminster development.
Commuters and families looking for a slice of country life can now find out more about Redrow South West’s latest phase at Tascroft Rise, on St Andrews Road. The new phase will bring a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, including the stylish Marlow – which is available to view as a show home.
The Marlow show home sits alongside the Stratford, which also features spacious open-plan living and four generous bedrooms. Both show homes have recently been refurbished, and are now open for house buyers to visit and see exactly what life in a Redrow home could be like.
The newly renovated show homes have been designed to incorporate current trends, including relaxing earthy shades blended with bright accent colours for a modern, stylish look.
Sian Smith, sales director for Redrow South West, said: “We’re excited to present the newest homes in this popular development, and with many homeowners already moved in, a vibrant community is already taking shape.
“The previous phase, which also featured homes from our award-winning Heritage Collection, proved extremely popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior.
I’d encourage anyone looking for a new home to visit Tascroft Rise, take a tour of our fabulous newly refurbished show homes, and see what life is like at our Warminster development.“
Currently building new homes across the region, Redrow South West’s Tascroft Rise offers a range of family properties in the traditional market town of Warminster. Surrounded by endless hills and woodlands, this development remains well connected, with Bristol just 30 miles away and good motorway connections for travelling further afield.
