Strategi Solutions wins ‘Best SME Employer of 2023’ Award
Strategi Solutions, a Staffordshire-based organisation, has been awarded the title of ‘Best SME Employer of 2023’ at the NSCG Celebration Awards. The organisation has been recognised for its commitment towards supporting its employees to develop and grow, which has been applauded by the College.
The award win was a result of Strategi Solutions’ exceptional support towards their current and past apprentices who attended the college for their courses. The apprentices showcased impressive first-hand knowledge and skills, a testament to the exceptional support they received throughout.
Upon receiving the award, Erin Hill, Head of Marketing at Strategi and mentor to their current Digital Marketing Apprentice said ‘We’re incredibly proud to have received this award. Strategi has always been vocal about creating a people-driven work environment, where employee growth and development is prioritised, and it’s heartening to see the apprentices at Strategi grow and thrive under the opportunities provided for them here.
Having been previously interviewed by NSCG for a past award, the college states they had been ‘blown away with how they excelled in every category, and it was clear Strategi would continue to be nominated for, and win major awards’
Strategi Solutions is thrilled to have received this recognition and is committed to continuing to support its employees in their professional growth and development. The organisation believes that investing in its employees is the key to success, and this award win is a testament to that belief.
