More than 20 acres of land in a prime location on the edge of Houghton on the Hill in Leicestershire is for sale.
The land is located off the A47 Uppingham Road, Houghton on the Hill, and is being marketed by land, development and property agency Newton LDP.

“This is a fantastic site with strong development potential, superbly located just five miles from Leicester city centre, and 10 miles north of Market Harborough.
“It offers a rare opportunity to acquire some freehold land in such a sought-after location and we expect to receive strong interest.”
The land, which lies within the boundary of Harborough District Council, is offered freehold with vacant possession on completion.
