£100m award-winning London real estate company announces recruitment drive

Award-winning real estate company LiFE Residential is hiring 12 new team members over the coming months as part of an extensive growth strategy to meet ever-increasing demand for their services

With an annual rent roll of £100m (2022-23) and over 7,000 tenants, LiFE delivers “standout” services to tenants, buyers, vendors and landlords across prime central London, the wider capital, Birmingham and Asia.

LiFE will host a recruitment event on Tuesday July 18 at its new North Acton branch (Trentham Court) as a chance for candidates to meet the senior team and learn about the roles available. The 12 new recruits will join LiFE at their network of eight offices across the capital, alongside dedicated offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Founded in 2000, LiFE’s services include sales, lettings and property management, with a dedicated Build-to-Rent team. Delivering a complete lifecycle of property management, LiFE can advise on investment, source tenants, and get the property ready for occupation, manage the tenancy, and also market the property and guide its sale if desired.

LiFE helps investors find new properties to purchase, with the average property value between £500k to £1m for a single unit, with the team trained to help with every aspect from advising on location and product, brokering the deal and managing the conveyancing process.

High-quality schemes worked with include Canary Wharf’s Maine Tower and 10 Park Drive; Marconi House and 190 The Strand in the West End; Battersea Power Station, Damac Tower and St George Wharf in Vauxhall; One West Point and White City Living in West London.

Opened in 2022, the Birmingham office helps clients with standout new schemes including Timber Yard and Snowhill Wharf, as the city’s reputation for investment grows. Internationally, the Asia offices help clients manage their UK portfolios.

LiFE is looking to hire for a range of roles, with immediate start, including Senior Sales Consultant, Lettings Consultant, Property Manager and Finance Assistant. LiFE’s staff are qualified above industry required standards, and the company is proactive in supporting team members to gain further certification.
