Shield Safety Celebrates Colleagues at Prestigious Event
Shield Safety Group, a leading UK provider of professional services and software solutions across food safety, health and safety and fire safety, has recognised the achievements of its dedicated employees during a high-profile award ceremony and conference.
Hosted by actress and voiceover artist Tupele Dorgu, colleagues joined together at the annual summer conference held at VUE Cinema to celebrate their successes and to mark 20 years of Shield Safety. In addition to an update from the leadership team and Q&A opportunity, attendees were inspired by former competitive swimmer and world champion, Mark Foster, who delivered an energetic and thought-provoking speech.
During the celebratory occasion an array of accolades were presented to team members to commemorate their accomplishments in the past year; awards included ‘Best Newcomer’, ‘Best Manager’, ‘Outstanding Achievement’ and ’Core Values. Long-standing employees were also recognised for their length of service and dedication to the firm.
Mark Flanagan, Founder and CEO of Shield Safety Group commented: “We are very proud of what we have achieved at Shield Safety over the last two decades as a leader in the provision of safety compliance services and solutions, all of which wouldn’t have been possible without our professional, dedicated and passionate team.
“We firmly understand that we are only as strong as our people, and therefore it is hugely important that our employees are rewarded for their efforts in helping to drive Shield Safety forward. At the heart of what we do is our unique people-centric approach to every aspect of safety, striving to deliver the highest possible standards and safety solutions to provide operators with peace of mind, whilst making safety easier.”
