New Sunderland city centre residential development proves “extremely popular”
Sunderland based housebuilder Avant Homes North East has released the final four homes for sale at its popular 94-home Wellington Park development.
Located in close proximity to Sunderland city centre there is a wide variety of amenities and eateries to enjoy, as well as good transport links to Newcastle and Gateshead. The final four homes at Wellington Park feature Avant Homes incentives, including five per cent deposit paid.
There is only one Walburn remaining at the development, which is described by the builder as a “stunning family home”. On entering, there is a spacious lounge area that leads to an “exclusive” designer kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area, extending through the French doors into the rear garden.
On the first floor, there are two single bedrooms served by a boutique bathroom and a double bedroom which has a spacious ensuite. The main bedroom is located on the top floor which contains an ensuite shower room, along with a third single bedroom.
Avant North East sales and marketing director, Miranda Parry, commented: “Wellington Park has been proven extremely popular with buyers since its launch, evidenced by there now only being four outstanding homes left for sale
“The development’s location means it’s ideal for people who work in Sunderland or for those commuting to Newcastle and Gateshead. We don’t anticipate that these homes will be around for long, so if you are interested, get in touch with our sales team today and find out more about the amazing family homes we have available.”
