Former Redditch TSB bank sold
A landmark building in the centre of Redditch has been sold in a deal brokered by a leading independent commercial property agency.
The former TSB Bank base in Unicorn Hill has been sold to a private buyer 12 months after it closed as bank.
Tom Bromwich, founding partner of Coventry-based commercial property firm Bromwich Hardy, handled the sale on behalf of the Warwick-based vendor.
Tom said the four-storey building, which also includes a basement, had sold for £310,000 - a price which reflected its position in the heart of Redditch.
“This property is in a prominent position in the centre of town, close to the Kingfisher Centre, and is surrounded by a range of local independent retailers as well as national operators.
“We are delighted to have completed this sale for our client which we believe represents excellent business both for our client and the purchaser.”
Bromwich Hardy was joint agent for the property with John Truslove.
Bromwich Hardy is one of the country’s largest independent commercial property agencies, regularly featuring in independent lists of the most active firms in the industry.
It was named earlier this year as the most active agent for Warwickshire for the ninth year running as part of the 2022 Annual EG Radius awards and won four awards from industry data experts CoStar for its work in Coventry and Warwickshire.
