Yorkshire based, luxury residential specialists, Verus Construction, marks a significant milestone by celebrating over a decade of continuous growth.

What began as modest £13k extensions has transformed into the successful execution of multi-million-pound projects, 100 per cent acquired through recommendations due to its reputation for high quality craftsmanship, expert communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Founded in 2009, the family run business has most recently completed a £1.9m, 8000 sq ft project on the well known Sandmoor Avenue in Leeds and a £2m, 7500 sq ft project on Wigton Chase in Alwoodley.

Verus Construction’s latest project under construction, located in Sheffield, the 7500 sq foot project showcases its ability to deliver new build projects that harmonise contemporary design with timeless aesthetic. It boasts external-larch cladding and handmade bricks, exemplifying its commitment to creating homes of distinction.

Born and bred in Yorkshire, founder Damian started his career as a joiner and built his first home at the age of just twenty-three. Over the last few years, Damian’s portfolio has grown extensively to include large scale specialist projects in Yorkshire, including individual new builds, restorations and conversions, multi-property developments and commercial builds.

Now working with several renowned architects in Yorkshire such as Studio Map, the company hopes to continue to develop beautiful homes, build a strong reputation for their specialism and become the go to builder for exclusive properties in Yorkshire.
