Leicester-based marketing agency recruited to drive growth for retail pop-up brand Sook

The experts at digital marketing agency Digital Ethos will be working with London retail pop-up brand, Sook, to drive growth as they look to revive the high street.

Sook is driving a societally transformational business model, which aims to improve retail experiences for consumers, by offering pop-up stores to businesses who want to bring their brands to life in a physical store.

Promoting the London-founded brand, the marketing campaign from Digital Ethos will help to accelerate the brand’s digital and regional presence, which wants to give companies a space to connect. Starting with Digital PR, Content, and PPC, the agency will be working towards an omnichannel strategy to fulfil the Sook vision.

Commenting on the partnership, Luke Tobin, CEO of Digital Ethos, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Sook - this is an exciting venture with a game-changing business. Sook is on a mission to revolutionise the high street by offering sustainable, digitally enabled pop-ups, which is very much in line with our sustainable ethos.

“As a B Corporation, we are committed to working with sustainable clients who support the same values we stand for. The Sook team are incredibly passionate about the brand and the work they are doing, which makes us equally as thrilled to support in taking their business to the next level.”

Digital Ethos launched a sustainability committee in August 2023 to support employees and clients in becoming more environmentally conscious in their decisions. Sook is one of several brands the agency works with that focus on making conscious decisions about their environmental impact.

John Hoyle, chief executive and founder of Sook, added, “Our goal is to allow brands in the digital space to interact with their customers in a physical space. Whether a brand is trying out physical retail for the first time, or they are trialling a new concept, we want to support this venture.

“We are seeing far too many shops closing across the high street and our model aims to allow local brands to have a physical presence where they might not have been able to otherwise.”

“It is fantastic for us to have partnered with an agency who shares our ethos, and working with Digital Ethos will allow us to continue our goal of reinvigorating the UK’s retail landscape”
