Newcastle behavioural experts support continued growth with new appointment
North East based behavioural experts Duo Global have recruited a new Operations Manager. Emma Weatherly, has now taken up the role of Operations Manager with Duo Global to support its continued growth.
Duo supports businesses by providing the data and insight to understand the behavioural make-up of their workforce. With their own signature behavioural profiling tool and coaching expertise they help companies to increase productivity and performance, to influence cultural change at a behavioural level.
Emma brings 15 years worth of project management experience to the Duo team. Having previously worked at both Northumbria & Newcastle Universities, Emma is highly experienced in process strategy, operational excellence and customer service.
With the responsibility for the operational procedures that underpin the day to day activities at Duo, the role will see Emma delivering key client account management alongside operational support to the wider team.
Emma commented: “The values that provide the foundation for all of the work that Duo do around culture, productivity and performance make it a really supportive and great place to work! I have a real interest in all of the behavioural work we do which has meant I’ve really enjoyed learning the ins and outs of Duo’s services.
“I love the variation I get from this role and with the current expansion of our online behavioural mapping tool and the launch of our new Quarter by Quarter planner it’s such an exciting time to join the team!”
Duo’s COO, Sarah Callender, added: “This was a pivotal time for us, hitting a point in our business scale up where we needed someone with Emma’s skillset to optimise operations and support our client experience.”
