Savills strengthens its building and project consultancy presence in Leeds
International real estate advisor Savills, has strengthened its building and project consultancy (BPC) presence in Leeds with the appointment of Adam Watson, who has joined as a Director in the Development Project Management service line.
With extensive construction knowledge spanning almost two decades, Adam will help to drive new build project management, with an initial focus on the industrial and logistics sector. He joins from property consultancy Fox Lloyd Jones, where he project-managed significant industrial developments including Interchange 26 on behalf of Opus North, and Symmetry Park Doncaster on behalf of Tritax Symmetry.
