Keepmoat managing director appointed regional chair by Home Builders Federation

Keepmoat regional managing director, Daniel Crew, has been appointed regional chair for Yorkshire and the North East members managing directors group at the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

Daniel, who heads up the Yorkshire East team at the top 10 housebuilder based in Doncaster, will join the representative body of the home building industry in England and Wales to lead on raising issues of regional concern to create effective solutions across the sector.

With nearly 15 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, Daniel boasts knowledge and expertise across the industry. Sustaining his role as Keepmoat’s regional managing director at the Yorkshire East office for more than five years, Daniel has led significant regional growth including the completion of more than 720 new homes last year.

His new role as chair with the Home Builders Federation will see Daniel driving attendance at meetings from key sector colleagues, sharing knowledge on regional updates across local providers ranging from highways to planning agencies and beyond.

Commenting on the appointment, Daniel said: “I am thrilled to have been appointed and I am looking forward to working with the HBF and fellow members to continue upholding the industry’s highest standards in delivering new homes in England and Wales.”
