Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure Sees Surge in Festive Footfall
The holiday spirit was in full swing at Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure in December as the shopping centre saw a surge in footfall over the festive season. The introduction of new Christmas decorations, the enchanting Santa’s Grotto and the addition of enticing new retailers captivated shoppers, leading to an increase of 8% versus 2022 footfall reports for the same period.
No effort was spared in decking the halls with an array of captivating Christmas decorations, creating a magical and immersive shopping experience for all. Whilst the arrival of Santa’s free Grotto proved to be an irresistible attraction for families with an increase in the numbers attending this free event.
Additionally, the introduction of new retailers including B&M Garden Centre, Poundland and Coltello Lounge has also presented the town with an exciting range of products and services, serving as a magnetic draw for both regular customers and first-time visitors.
“We’re thrilled to witness the overwhelming response from the community and visitors during this festive season,” said Nick Lambert, Centre Manager “The combination of our enchanting Christmas decorations, festive events and the array of new retailers has truly resonated with our customers and we’re committed to continually enhancing their experience at Manor Walks in 2024.”
