Award-winning energy switching advice service Utility Bidder has successfully acquired a new 5,177 sq ft office space in the Spinningfields area of the city; the complexities of finalizing the lease for our new premises within the strict deadline of December 1, 2023.

Leonard Curtis Legal’s proactive and commercial approach played a pivotal role in ensuring the completion date was met. This strategic move into the heart of Manchester will allow Utility Bidder to focus on enhancing our service offerings and realizing our exciting growth plans for the year.

Moreover, the new office space offers an array of unique amenities, including puppy yoga sessions, a fully stocked bar and function area, and discounted gym memberships for the Utility Bidder team. Additionally, the building houses a delightful eatery, creating a dynamic and vibrant work environment that aligns with Utility Bidder’s innovative and employee-centric culture.

Utility Bidder’s Head office is in Corby, and alongside its northern base in Manchester city centre, the company also announced an expansion to Leicester in August 2023 - opening up a recruiting drive for sales talent at the time.
