Work completes on Leeds city centre's latest build to rent development

Leeds city centre’s latest build to rent development is almost fully occupied within days of work completing, with fewer than 20 of its 133 one-bedroom apartments and studios still available to reserve.

This follows a multi-million-pound investment which has seen a former eight storey office building given a new lease of life. Q Three Residence is located on Westgate, close to Leeds Town Hall, the city’s financial district and its universities.

The development is owned, operated and managed by Leeds headquartered property company, YPP Lettings and has been designed to offer all-inclusive living to both young professionals and students.

All its luxurious apartments are fully furnished, and the development offers stunning communal areas with open lounges, workspaces, a private dining room and choice of gyms, including a health suite for women. There is also a concierge service and ultrafast Wi-Fi.
