Eyeweb staff embark on charity walk
Web design and digital marketing agency staff are putting their best feet forward for charity.
Members of Hull-based Eyeweb are embarking on a 1000-mile walking challenge to support Hull Animal Welfare Trust.
Seven staff will tackle the tough test – dubbed Walkies for Welfare – across October, and aim to raise £1000 for the charity that finds homes for abandoned and mistreated animals.
Paul Scott, Eyeweb managing director, said: “As pet parents ourselves, Hull Animal Welfare Trust holds a special place in our hearts.
“Walkies for Welfare is a great way to push ourselves and get active while helping a charity continue its incredible work.”
The trust has been active since 1982 and has rehomed more than 30,000 pets.
Natalie Rhodes, of Hull Animal Welfare Trust, added: “We really appreciate the team at Eyeweb doing this fundraiser to help the animals in our care.
“Times are very tough, and we cannot thank them enough for choosing to support us.”
