New Yorkshire West land director at Keepmoat
Doncaster-headquartered homebuilder Keepmoat has appointed Nigel Robson as land and partnerships director for its Yorkshire West region.
Nigel, who brings over 30 years of experience, will lead the company’s land acquisition strategy, focusing on town regeneration projects across West Yorkshire.
Nigel said: “I am thrilled to join Keepmoat Yorkshire West after leading on operations at MCI Developments.
“I am excited to join the team to secure and deliver partnership-led opportunities to fulfil the master land pipeline and strategic plan.
“I value Keepmoat’s people-based culture and strong track record for partnering with local authorities and housing associations on its developments.
“I am eager to continue contributing to its vision of building communities and transforming lives.’’
Formerly with MCI Developments, a subsidiary of Keepmoat, Nigel will collaborate with local authorities and housing associations to meet delivery targets for quality, affordable homes.
Chris Clingo, Keepmoat Yorkshire West regional managing director, added: “I'm delighted to see Nigel join the team and I look forward to seeing him further strengthen our land process and approach whilst supporting the growth of our area and team.
“His wealth of experience will be instrumental in helping us to build on our success.”
With over 60 active developments nationwide, Keepmoat, a Top 10 UK homebuilder, is known for its commitment to building on brownfield sites, having constructed more than 35,000 homes in its 90-year history.
