14forty appoints new managing director
Birmingham-based integrated FM provider 14forty, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has appointed Antony Collett as managing director.
With over 16 years of experience in facilities management, Antony brings expertise from leadership roles at Wates Group and Mitie.
In his new role, Antony will focus on driving strategic growth, enhancing client relationships, and prioritising sustainability. His appointment marks a significant step in 14forty’s mission to elevate its services and unlock new opportunities for development.
Morag Freathy, CEO for business and industry - Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: “I am delighted to welcome Antony to our business.
“He shares both our ambition for the business and our cultural values of providing outstanding service with sustainability at its core.
“His extensive experience of delivering excellence in the FM sector and his reputation for driving business growth are a perfect match.”
Antony, who will report into Morag, added: “It’s an exciting time in the FM market right now, and we see many opportunities for growth.
“Part of what attracted me to 14forty was the huge potential we have as part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, which has such a significant footprint in this industry, a long history in hospitality and a leading reputation in the social value space, too.
“That’s important to me. We will aim to lead in the ESG arena, ensure our customers receive world class services and, at the same time, look to grow the brand.
“I’m excited, and confident, about what we can achieve together.”
