Westray supports senior appointments at Subsea Energy Solutions
North East-based Subsea Energy Solutions (SES), a global offshore energy equipment manufacturer, has made two key senior appointments with the support of Westray Recruitment Group.
Ryan Noble joins as managing director, and Giedrius Ilginis takes on the role of sales manager.
These appointments follow SES's rapid growth following the investment from Topp Holdings GmbH in 2023, driven by its patented SUB-FLEX™ cable protection system, now a leading solution in the wind energy sector.
With plans to triple turnover in the next three years, the company is building a management structure to support its international ambitions.
Steve Pugh, from parent company Topp Holdings, said: “Both guys have got off to an incredible start and it was fantastic to work with Westray on this process.
“Excellent service and support from start to finish and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
