Beauchamp Estates makes appointment
Beauchamp Estates, a leading ultra-prime central London estate agent, has appointed Ziad Hijazi as lettings manager at its St John’s Wood office.
Ziad brings extensive experience managing prime and ultra-prime rentals, covering exclusive neighbourhoods such as St John’s Wood, Hampstead, and Regent’s Park.
Previously at Savills and Foxtons, Ziad has a proven track record in negotiating high-value lettings, including deals for properties valued at up to £15,000 per week.
In his new role, Ziad will grow the agency’s portfolio, manage high-demand short-term rentals, and work closely with Beauchamp Estates’ sales and rental teams to cater to their affluent, often international clientele.
He said: “Beauchamp Estates is the market leader in prime central London lettings, with fantastic properties both on and off market and an extraordinary global reach, so I’m thrilled to take the next step up in my career with them.
“I’m looking forward to working with their established clientele, bringing on new prime and super prime instructions, while also expanding their core offering, ensuring these properties are the finest in their sector.
“As the lettings market in St John’s Wood and neighbouring enclaves continues to go from strength to strength, it’s a truly exciting time.”
Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates, added: “As Beauchamp Estates continues to expand its impressive rental portfolio, we are delighted to welcome Ziad Hijazi as lettings manager (St John’s Wood).
“With a proven track record in the prime central London lettings market, he brings with him excellent contacts, strong negotiating skills and a deep understanding of how to match the perfect tenant to a property, whether long term or short.
“As North West London becomes a new rental deals hot spot, growing in popularity with some of London’s wealthiest landlords and renters, Ziad’s in depth knowledge and skills will be particularly invaluable.”
Founded in 1979, Beauchamp Estates is a global leader in luxury property, with offices in central London, the French Riviera, Mykonos, Tel Aviv and New York.
